At the 26th meeting of the "Coaching Meets AI" dialogue round, a new prompt script for triadic AI coaching was introduced. The session focused on the following content:

  1. Concept of the New Script:

    • The script consists of five phases:
      1. Identification and analysis of the coaching issue.
      2. In-depth analysis.
      3. Development of a problem-solving success imagination.
      4. Identification of goal-oriented activities.
      5. Follow-up with a focus on implementation and reflection (differentiated into lighter and more complex cases).
  2. Practical Structure:

    • The script is modular, with clearly defined prompts assigning specific tasks to the coach, coachee, and AI:
      • Prompt A: Introduction and relationship-building by the coach.
      • Prompt B: Creation of a structured protocol (current and target states, key situations and effects).
      • Prompts C-E: Analysis and feedback from the AI, followed by revisions by the coachee.
  3. Roles of Coach and AI:

    • The AI acts as a supportive tool, providing feedback and opening up new perspectives, but it does not take a leading role.
    • The coach remains responsible for process management and emotional support, especially during the analysis of key situations and effects.
  4. Immersive Methods:

    • Image work is used to activate intuitive thinking and enable deeper insights.
    • Results from image work and systemic analysis are combined to develop holistic solutions.
  5. Success Imagination:

    • Based on prior results, the AI creates a narrative description of a positive target state, which the coachee reflects upon and adjusts if necessary.
  6. Application and Feedback:

    • Participants emphasized the need to allow time for reflection and to adapt the pace of AI-supported processes to the coachee's needs.
    • Critical questions were raised about ambiguities, the integration of key situations, and the coach's influence on process management.
  7. Next Steps:

    • The concept will be tested in practice at the next meeting. A participant will simulate a coaching session to experience the workflows and refine them further.
