At the center of the 15th meeting of the "Coaching meets AI" dialogue series was the question of how AI coaching can be guided by AI-external prompts. In this context, it became clear that there are two types of prompts: those directed at coaches, encouraging them to engage with their coachees in a specific manner, and those that serve as AI prompts given to the AI with a specific task. It is advisable for the former type of prompts to be incorporated into result protocols, which are then assigned to the AI with a defined objective. Regarding the former, it is important that coaches and coachees are given sufficient space not only for reflection but also for emotional processing.
